How do I get started?

 

The best approach is to contact us through the website or call 833-268-3210 and set up an in home consultation. If you have rough measurements or pictures of your windows that will help us determine what’s in your budget and get an idea of the vision you have for each room.

What is your turnaround time?

 

Production times run as little as 5-7 days to 4-6 weeks depending on product. Generally speaking blinds and shades are the quickest with draperies and shutters taking the longest.

Can I request samples to see how the product will look in my home?

 

Yes. We can get larger samples for any fabric you choose in the showroom and can either mail them to you or bring them to your home. Once you schedule an in home appointment the designer can bring whatever samples you request.

What type of product warranty do you have?

 

Warranties vary by product and manufacturer. Hunter Douglas offers a limited lifetime warranty. We will provide any warranty information on request.

Do you guarantee installation?

 

Yes. We guarantee our installations to the original customer as long as they live in the home. We are also carry a one million dollar liability policy to protect the homeowner.

Can I provide my own measurements? 

 

Yes, however we strongly encourage you to invest in our in home measuring service. It is good insurance in the event a window treatment doesn’t fit properly.

Can I install my own window treatments? 

 

Yes, but again we recommend that you use our professional installers especially with the more complicated treatments and motorization.
